Re-Cycle - Re-Use - ReStore
WHAT IS A RESTORE?
Our ReStore is a
recycling center for home improvement items. The ReStore provides an
alternative to the land fill for the donated items.
We accept donations of new and gently used furniture, appliances, electronic equipment, tools, building materials (residential electrical and plumbing, lumber, windows, doors, roofing materials, sheet rock, vents), cabinets, hardware, books, decorative glassware, and other surplus items. No clothing items please
If you have large items that you need picked up please call us at 843 572-9191 during normal business hours or email us at restore@berkeleyhabitat.org and put donation in the subject line. Please describe your donation's) and a contact phone number and preferred contact time.
Note we will give you a receipt that you can use for a tax deduction
The ReStore also provides a way for budget minded and do-it-yourself customers to improve the quality of their homes at greatly reduced cost. Shop often !
The proceeds from the ReStore will be used to support Habitat's ongoing homebuilding activities. Thus your support will help eliminate sub-standard housing and build needed homes in Berkeley County.
